Participatory budgeting

We are walking along a road that marks the transition from democracy to participatory democracy delegated. It 's a difficult path, because it involves a cultural change in administrators, but especially in public.

PARTICIPATE means sharing responsibility for the decision and choices. For administrators means that they can no longer decide in a closed room. It is no longer possible oAdminister also well entrenched in the building but
 
It is necessary that operational decisions arising from the debate and thorough estimate with citizens, upon their needs, and only then we will decide how to best invest public money.
 
 
For these reasons, the mayor and the town council organized a series of meetings for discussion and illustration of the
 
Participatory Budget
 
The meetings will take place according to the following schedule:

• on october 30th  2009 at 9.00pm  to the Centro Sociale di Frazione Belcreda
• on november 6th 2009 ai 9.00pm to the Council Hall
• on november 13th 2009 at 9.00pm to the Sala Polifunzionale (ex Scuole Elementari) di Frazione Garbana
• on november 20th 2009 at 9.00pm to the Circolo ANSPI di Frazione Remondò

 
This is an important occasion between the municipal authorities and citizens that will be involved in drafting of the Budget, the basic document of the programming of administrative tasks.
